
In this episode, we are joined by John Hudak. John is the Center for Effective Public Management’s deputy director and a senior fellow at Governance Studies. John has a B.A. The University of Connecticut awarded John a B.A. in economics and political science, and an M.A. Vanderbilt University, where he earned a Ph.D. in politics. His 2016 book Marijuana: a Short History provides a unique and up-to-date account of how cannabis rose from the shadows and illegality to become a major public policy issue and source for legal revenue for governments and businesses.
